Footage suggests Tel Aviv was a primary target, with some clips appearing to show Israeli air defense systems engaging the incoming threats. One video, if authenticated, appears to capture the moment an Iranian projectile struck near an air defense installation just before a defensive missile was launched.

Damage and Casualties Reported

According to reports citing Israeli medical authorities, at least seven areas in the vicinity of Tel Aviv were reportedly hit during the Iranian offensive, resulting in injuries to at least five individuals. The skies over the city were dramatically lit by the exchange of incoming Iranian projectiles and outgoing Israeli interceptor missiles.

Further unverified videos circulating online allegedly show damage to buildings in Tel Aviv. These clips suggest significant destruction in some urban areas following what appear to be direct hits from the Iranian strike. Escalation Amidst Retaliation

The Iranian offensive follows a series of Israeli airstrikes that struck military and nuclear-related sites across Iran earlier on Friday. Reports from Iranian sources indicated that the Israeli attacks resulted in the deaths of high-ranking military officials, including Major General Hossein Salami, commander of the IRGC, and Major General Mohammad Bagheri, chief of staff of the Iranian Armed Forces.
